When my old thermostat went out he told me what to go buy... ecobee he said is the best. I found the best price bought the unit, called him and he came and installed it the next day. I needed him to also see if some vents could be moved so some plumbing could be moved in order to put a pocket door in. Once again Louie came in with a real reasonable price. "My heater went out on over the weekend and Louie saved the day. Â He gave advice over the phone without hesitation to see if we could come up with a fix. Â He ended up coming the same day and troubleshooted the furnace before even thinking about recommending a replacement. "Louie provided an attractive rate for our furnace and air conditioning coil which both needed to be replaced. He then looked through our house and noted that we didn't have enough returns to have a comfortable environment, which no other company did. He added a return to our basement and it was a complete game changer for how heat is distributed in our home. We no longer have rooms that are freezing while others are blazing hot.
